Every shipment initiated through Sahjo is governed by our standard terms of service. This ensures a clear understanding of responsibilities between the carrier and the shipper.

    Prohibited goods list must be strictly followed.

    Standard carrier liability applies unless additional insurance is purchased.

    Pickup windows are subject to regional node availability.

    Dynamic pricing is based on millisecond-accurate market telemetry.
Article 02

Liability Framework

We provide high-fidelity transport, but our liability is bounded by international shipping laws. We strongly recommend comprehensive insurance for high-value transits.

    Standard liability limits based on weight and cargo class.

    Force Majeure exclusions for extreme weather or geopolitical events.

    Claims must be filed within 14 days of delivery completion.

    Partial damage claims require full-spectrum IoT telemetry validation.

    Total loss payouts are subject to the declared value at booking.

Payments & Billing

Our enterprise billing system ensures clear financial records. Net payments and digital invoicing are standard across all nodes.

    Payment terms are Net-15 from the date of final delivery.

    Quotes are valid for 72 hours from the time of generation.

    Late fees of 2.5% per month apply to overdue balances.

    Disputes do not release the shipper from payment obligations.

Maintaining a safe network for all users requires adherence to strict loading and handling protocols.

    Interference with IoT tracking hardware is strictly forbidden.
